Pulisic sparks Milan revival in commanding 3–0 win over Lecce

Christian Pulisic, Adrien Rabiot and substitute Diego Moreira all scored as the Rossoneri got a straight Serie A win against Lecce and had back-to-back home league wins for just the second time in 2026.

They had lost four of their six home games so Milan needed a good result in front of their fans. Ruben Amorims team started well took control early and scored in the minute.

Strahinja Pavlović sent a ball over the top to Pulisic, who controlled the ball perfectly and calmly put it into the bottom corner past Wladimiro Falcone.

That goal helped Milan get into a rhythm. They had most of the ball. Kept Lecce on the defensive. The visitors did not create much in attack. Were looking for their first win over the Rossoneri since 2006.

Milan should have scored again before halftime. Koni De Winter headed wide from range and Pavlović had a shot saved brilliantly by Falcone.

The same pattern happened after the break with Milan in control. Trying to get a second goal.

They did score in the minute. A quick one-two between Rabiot and Gonçalo Ramos created space for the midfielder to score his second Serie A goal of the season.

With a two-goal lead Milan kept pushing. Pervis Estupiñán almost scored again before Moreira added the goal.

The substitute beat Jamil Siebert. Shot confidently past Falcone. This was his third league goal, in two games since joining in the summer showing how much he is helping the team.

Lecce tried to stop goals in the last minutes but the result was already decided.

For Milan, a clean sheet and three goals gave them a boost before the long international break. This ended their run of not winning.
