Nuamah double powers Lyon to emphatic Rennes rout
Ernest Nuamah scored twice as Olympique Lyonnais swept Stade Rennais aside 4-0 at the Groupama Stadium, ending the visitors’ unbeaten Ligue 1 start in commanding fashion.
The outcome added to Rennes’ away record marking the fourth loss in the last five visits to Lyon. For Paulo Fonseca’s team the win was a statement before the three‑week international break moving them up into the top group in Ligue 1.

The fourth goal came with 15 minutes left as Tolisso finished an individual performance with a superb strike from the edge of the area into the top corner. Rennes threatened through Esteban Lepaul but Lyon cleared the effort off the line.
